Office 365, Outlook & Hotmail users: Please check your "Junk" folder if you don't receive a password reset in under 5 minutes, and then please mark the email as "Not Spam".

Follow these steps to reset your iSAMS Parent Portal Password:

  1.  Navigate to
  2. Click the "Forgotten your details?" link at the bottom right hand side of the login window.
  3. Enter your iSAMS Username. Your iSAMS Username is the email address which you provided us when you enrolled your child or children with us, unless you have requested that we change it. Once you have done this, click the blue "Reset Password" button.
  4. You will receive an email from iSAMS containing a password reset link. From there, you must enter a new password which must be at least 12 characters long, contain at least one uppercase letter, at least one lowercase letter, a symbol (e.g. ! or @) and a number.

If you're using the iParent app available for Android and iOS and you are asked to enter a four letter School Code, our School code is SHCO.
